The young lady on reception - she is the heart and soul of the hotel. Speaks very good English, extremely helpful, she showed us 2 rooms for us to choose from, checked the weather online as it had been raining on and off and we weren't sure which way it was heading and gave us the use of the secure underground car park. The restaurant in the evening was brilliant, had English menus with a great selection of food. The town also has many little cafes/restaurants around the lake. I wish we stayed more than 1 night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay and will choose the same hotel.
The roads around town are very bad.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a friendly residential neighborhood. The location was perfect, as it was in the very center of the town and just a short walk away from the lake. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. The staff were attentive and provided great service, catering to specific dietary needs. I was impressed with the attention to detail, from the basic amenities in the rooms to the rooms with a balcony, providing a lovely view of the surroundings.
Everything was spot on and I couldn't find any fault.

The hotel location was very convenient, being within walking distance from both the train station and the lake. We also enjoyed the breakfast offered, which had a good variety of food to choose from. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
The rooms were quite basic and could have used a little more attention to cleanliness. the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming upon our arrival.

The hotel is located in a friendly residential neighborhood. Its central location provides easy access to major places of interest, including the lakefront and parks, boat trips, and train station. guests can enjoy delicious meals in the adjoining restaurant, which offers excellent food at reasonable prices.
The rooms lacked modern amenities and the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor.

Spent New Year at a hotel with a great value for money. No extra charges for breakfast, which was perfect to get us through the day, along with the excellent Wi-Fi connection. the hotel was located near the lake and the restaurants, making it easy for us to take a stroll and indulge in some delicious Italian food.
One of the things we disliked was the outdated furniture in our room, but it was still clean and comfortable. Another thing was the lack of parking space, which made it difficult for us to find a spot during the busy holiday season.
